Internet love

Anime chest
Mondrian cake

We spend a significant part of our morning surfing the web to find goodies to share with you on our blog everyday. Today we saw these two exceptional objects of design. We love this anime chest (top photo) seen on the paris apartment. We think it possesses the same personality as the shop. The mondrian cake (bottom photo) was featured on Design*Sponge. Wouldn’t that be a spectacular wedding cake for a modern couple. Yum!

Sunday’s Best Jewelry

Our Sunday’s Best jewelry came in over the weekend from the designers in Brooklyn, New York. We got in 15 pieces and are so excited! There’s a great selection of necklaces, rings and we have bracelets and earrings too! Materials range from sterling to oxidized silver, 14k gold, vermeil and bronze. We invite you to stop by the store and see for yourself. Happy Monday!

Loving this look

We came across the Face Hunter blog while looking for jewelry display photos on flickr this morning. It reminds us of the Sartorialist. Both of which we could read for hours on end. Enjoy and Happy Friday!

Mini skirts and cardigans

Mini skirts and cardigans have been our uniform lately. The combo is easy to wear and it’s so comfy. We think Stephanie over at Anywho has the right idea. Happy Thursday!

We want trouser leg jeans!

Found Denim Abilene Jeans available in store

These are the jeans we’ve been wanting for Fall. As we’re getting closer to our trip to NYC, these are the jeans we’re imagining wearing to the showrooms with a Steven Alan navy on white striped tee, Wren khaki anorak and the perfect pair of brown suede moccasins. When it gets colder, how cute will they look with chunky sweaters. They were great in the summer with little cami tops and they’re going to transition beautifully into the cold months. Since they’re Found Denim, they’re going to make our behinds look amazing. The wash is between dark and super faded. They run long, so call on your alterations expert and give them a heads up.
