Remembering your youth

We love the new perfumes that arrived last week. Designer Christopher Brosius has created an innovative line of real scents. They're not sweet, but pleasant and very nostalgic. A bit unconventional - they allow you to feel like your true self. We have a range of scents from musky to crisp. Even the clean and crisp scents turn warm after a few moments on. Their prices start at $60 and go up to $85 for a 100mL bottle. For more info on CB I Hate Perfume check out Christopher's site.

Scents available at Josef:
  • At the Beach 1966
  • Burning Leaves
  • Lavender Tea
  • Mr. Hulot's Holiday
  • In the Library
  • Fire from Heaven
  • Under the Arbor
  • Russian Caravan Tea

Scents for the shop

Today our friend, JR, from Reclaim stopped by to talk shop and drop off this sweet arrangement of very fragrant gardenias. Thanks, JR!

In addition to the gardenias, our water perfumes arrived from New York today! We have 8 scents to choose from by designer Christopher Brosius. It's fun to stand around the display table and remember our childhood through each of the scents. Our personal favorite is In The Library. It has hints of leather and vanilla. Really unusual, but very fantastic! This weekend is the Connoisseurs' Marketplace in Menlo Park. Come join the fun tomorrow and see you then!
